Hi! My name is Connor Miranda. I recently graduated from the VCU Brandcenter with a Master's degree in Creative Brand Management. I'm actively seeking an account management role at a creatively-driven agency. Now that we got that out of the way, let me tell you more about myself.
I originally wanted to be a doctor. I arrived as a freshman at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with high hopes, a rigorous schedule and an inaccurate plan for my future. After succumbing to the perilous sea of introductory chemistry classes, I realized I was on the wrong path. I wanted a career that was important, but I also wanted one that fit my skillset and my personality.
I found my artistic skills at an early age when I learned how to draw and play guitar. I found my competitive skills when I started playing sports like basketball and tennis. I found my adventurous spirit when I learned how to snowboard. I found my attention to detail by growing up in a military family. I found my analytical skills while I was trying to become a doctor. I found my enthusiasm for advertising when I saw Chipotle's "Back to the Start" TV spot for the first time.
A jack of all trades can be a master of none, but I used my skills to pave my way towards a Master's degree in Creative Brand Management. Take a look at my student work and my resume, and if you like what you see, please don't hesitate to reach out!
